A chain of events that could destroy the Universe is put into motion by an ancient alien race of skull skeleton creature called Skull Duggery.

The Most High has appointed four all-seeing mystic Wise men, known as The Four Oracles of the Universe, Raven, Lebin, Dokken, & Ooht, & blessed them with the Eternal Crescent Light.

The Eternal Crescent Light is the energy & essence the Most High used to create the Universe & the planets.

Ooht, the fourth all-seeing mystic Wise man has been charged with & appointed the task of forming a team of Road Riders to protect the Universe & Planet Earth from destruction by the evil forces of Skull Duggery.
